This policy is available at the CHA Administrative Office. Pets may not enter the home without the prior written approval of the CHA. All animals must be properly caged or housed and resident shall keep pet areas clean at all times. The Pet Policy allows 1 pet dog or cat (no bigger than 15” tall). All pets must be registered with the CHA and documentation regarding the pet must be submitted as required by the CHA (such as proof of spaying/neutering, required vaccinations, etc.). A non-refundable pet deposit of $100.00 must be paid in full prior to placement of the pet into the Resident's home. Pet deposit applies to dogs and cats only.
